Garden Visit

We went out to water the 2nd grade gardens this week!  Before going out we talked about what our garden needs, sunlight and water; and what we can do to protect our garden from the cooler temperatures.  Here are some pictures from our visit.  Stay tuned for more information regarding our harvest and sale on November 18th.

 We are off and running!    We've already learned over 495 facts on Reflex Math!  

There are  many ways to keep practicing math facts:  Reflex, flash cards, and games.

Memorial Garden

My name is Mrs. Curran, and I am going to be your teacher this year.  I am so excited to meet you and can’t wait for the first day of school.  I have been busy getting everything ready for the new school year.  I hope this blog will provide you with a lot of useful information.  I am currently updating it, but during the year you will find our class schedule, specialist schedules, curriculum updates, photos, and more.  I have also included a page of math and language arts websites that can be used as reinforcement for skills learned during the year.  Just follow the links.  Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
