Sent home first day of each week to be returned the following Monday
My Philosophy
Homework will be given for the following reasons:
- To reinforce class instruction
- To build strong study habits
Type and Frequency of Assignments- Weekly Homework Learning Log
- Reading: Read by yourself or read with a family member
Reading should be done at least 4x a week for at least 15 minutes
- Math: Practice math facts through Reflex Math, addition or subtraction flashcards, or our Math Homework Menu Board
- ELA and Math Worksheet:
How to Help
- Keep it positive
- Set up a homework friendly area
- Keep distractions to a minimum
